Installing a bed LED kit

I bought a LED under the rail light kit for my truck last week.

Has anyone else done this install? Is there a way to run the wires from the bed to the cab without drilling any holes?
I want to power it using one of the stock uplifter switches.

Thanks

There's a big plastic oval in the front of the bed. I drilled a hole in that for my rollnlock bed cover. Maybe run your wires through that. Wouldn't it be better to have a switch in the bed instead of the upfitter? If i want light in the bed i would hate to have to go flip that switch every time.
