Tonneau cover with a toolbox?

I'm looking (to no avail at this point) for a tonneau cover that would cover the remainder of the open bed behind my toolbox. I was thinking about buying the normal tonneau and having an upholstery shop cut it and sew it so it is the correct length, but I'm not sure about the mounting brackets.

Has anyone done this? Or know of any already built to this idea?

Access makes a toolbox cover. You can also buy a Roll n Lock and cut the tracks to length.

I cut My roll n lock to fit my in bed tool chest and have it hooked to my alarm remote so I don't need access to the keyed toolbox lock

I also have drop in ladder racks works out very well
