weathertech vent visors

Does anyone have any pics of the in channels installed on a 2011+ truck?

If so could you post pics. I am really looking for how the front visor fits against the mirror.

Do these sit inside the channel or stick on?

I had a set on my 08, they were installed when I purchased the truck used. I really liked the fitment/finish and overall look of the product.

However, having said that, I am currently without a drivers front visor, it had been in place for several months and one day I had my window down about 3-6 inches and woosh, it flew off at around 30 mph. Luckily it was un-hurt so I pulled over and ran back to get it and right as I reached for it, some A55bag swerved into it and shattered it.... I was PISSED! I will be replacing it with another wethertech set soon.

I have the Putco in channel on my '09 and I too like them a lot. Allows air to get in when it's raining or when I leave my truck unattended and want some fresh air to circulate, I can crack the windows without people knowing. The Putco ones use some doubledided 3M tape to help them adhere to the side of the rubber gasket. Makes for less rattling/wind whistle and hopefully, won't have one fly out of the window channel.

Can you post one more of how the drivers visor goes down and fits by the mirror? does the vent visor stick out at the very end of it?
