Trying to color match a few things to my Lariat trim color.

Hey guys,

Trying to find out if anyone has found a paint (rattle can) that is very close to the trim color on these lariats. I did some internet searching, but didn't return any decent results. I tried the search function on here, but ended up with several pages of irrelevant results due to the way in which the search function works.

I am going to paint my aluminum toolbox the same color as my trim, so it doesn't need to be perfect, I just need it to be close enough that it looks good. If anyone knows the color (or of a color that's very close) I would be very interested. I talked to the ford dealer but they wouldn't give me any advice, other than I could take it in to their body shop and they would paint it for $400. (Kidding me?)

Any advice, much appreciated.

Thanks

-Clint

The brown around the wheel wells and on the rocker panels on the lariats... Not sure what it is called.

Look at the paint code on the door jamb and google it. Most common Lariat tan is called arizona beige but you might have something different.

Holy crap! I can't believe I never knew it was in the door jamb before. I've looked at thousands of door tags and never noticed that..

Thanks a bunch!

Send a message via MSN to Lococoin
I'm in Canada but I use Napa when I want a paint matched spray can. They will use your paint code to match it almost perfectly.
