Which rear blocks

So tomorrow my truck gets a leveling kit installed, I'm going to do rear blocks but I'm not sure what height yet. Suspension connection sells 99-13 blocks tapered and non tapered, which would I need I'm not sure the difference. I see some blocks that are strictly for 2011-up. Any input would be great! Thanks

The Readylift blocks I put on my '11 250 states it will raise it 2", and a 350 1". It is a 4" block and they are tapered. The tapered part is the piece that hangs out over the axle for the rubber bump stops to hit. Hope this helps.
