What headlight bulbs you running?

I remember seeing somewhere on this site a thread that had info on the headlights and fog lights that people are running. I want to change the bulbs to something that will provide better light. I do not want to change to HID as I here its more of a pain then its worth unless you install projectors.

I found some different options for the headlights but the only bulb I found for the fogs is a sylvania silverstar.
Do you have to use the 9145 bulb in the fogs?
