Tow Mirror Question - Power-Fold without Power Telescope?

Just asking to see if there were ever power-fold mirrors made that don't have Power-Telescope?
Seems to me if you have one, you automatically have both? Or am I wrong?

Looking to buy a set, seller claims they are power fold, manual telescope.

Nope. Looked into this when buying my new truck two months ago. Powerfold and Telescope go hand and hand. Passed many of trucks better than what I have but did not have powerfold when looking.
