Pro Rack with a tonneau cover?

Okay so I took the pro rack with toolbox brackets off my 6.0 and it's been sitting in my garage ever since. I have my 6.7 now that came with a truxedo tonneau cover but I wanna put the rack back on. I know that back rack makes some conversions that will fit the rack with a tonneau cover but I don't know if pro rack does. I'm not sure which specific cover I have but I've narrowed it down to either the edge, lo pro qt, or truxport (any ideas to differentiate would be appreciated). Does anyone have any experience with this yet?
