My front end paint idea/photoshop.

So, I have planned on painting the front and rear bumpers, as well as the grille surround body colored from day one. What to do with the actual grille section is what I have been battling with. It's easy to go overboard with the paint and make it look cheesy/unnatural, and I definitely want to avoid that.

Anyways, here's a crappy Photoshop of one idea..

I think it's either this, or just put a t-rex grille on. My only problem with that, is it would be such a massive area of black.. Like a giant black hole or something lol.

Saw a truck with a painted surround once on the highway and I thought it looked pretty good. It also had the super duty letters on the tailgate and grill in black.

I was actually wondering what you guys thought about the parts that I have photo shopped black, and how I left the horizontal parts chrome.

Another option would be to leave all of the grille pieces chrome and just do the surround white.

Could also do all of the center parts black, but that might be overboard.

Or.. T-Rex grille..

try a photo shop with the horizanal bars vertical instead of horizonal, it would be one of a kind

I wish the black billet inserts would work on the xl grill. I think that would have it a cleaner finish.
