Trying to decide on lift set up

So i'm debating on the tire size i want to go with on my new truck.

This truck will be taken a lot more care of than my last (f150 on 41in. iroks) and lower also. Im going to get the aftermarket radius arms and springs in the lift powdercoated a gold color.

what i am trying to figure out though is will a 6in. lift look good with 35's if they're on a 20x12 wheel? I know it'll show off a lot more of the suspension, but i just don't want it to look silly. Anybody have pictures of some 35's on a 12in. wide wheel?

I would go with 37's with anything over 4.5 inches. Just my personal preference though

Worst part about a 12" wide wheel is how far it's going to stick out. I'm all for tires sticking out past the fender an inch or 2 but a 12" wide wheel is going to stick out 3.5-4" in the front. My 20x10 -18 offset stick out 2.5-3" in the front and that's pushing it for 35s and a 4.5" lift IMO.

Just my .02

yeah im still undecided but i think i might go for the 4.5in. kit and 35's. i think it'll still look good and won't kill my mpg or power. i want the truck to stay relatively quick.

Good plan!

35's and 37's look good on these trucks with 4.5" of lift. You just have to pay attention to wheel width and backspace to keep it from rubbing or looking silly.
