2009 Tailgate question

I have a 2009 F250 Lariat extended cab , 4x4 pickup that I will be using to tow a fifth wheel camper. The vehicle came with a backup camera in the tailgate with the display in the rear view mirror. I am going to replace the tailgate with a louvered tailgate but I would like to have a camera for backing up.

My question is: where can I find the wiring diagram for the camera? If someone has the instructions and can forward them to me, it would be greatly appreciated.
