New ICON 2.5 & Wheels and Tires

After looking and waiting for the last few months. Its all coming together. Got the ICON 2.5. The shocks are huge in real life, on the web they look not as big. Speaking of big the track bar is massive. I'm waiting for the 20x9 +1 offset black machined Fuel Boost blanks to get drilled with my hole pattern. With 325-65-20 Hankook AMT's to mount up. Also changing out the factory steps with The N-fab wheel to wheel or RBP RX3 steps not sure on this one? All should be done in 10 days. All keep the thread updated. Photos are now on page 3

Got a break and pulled the wheels off and cleaned, masked and painted the rusted parts. I will be washing the under side this week so it will look clean for the lift and other parts.

Keep us posted. Can't wait to see it. The undercarriage looks great. Wish mine looked that good. Joys of living in a northern climate. If you are interested in selling your steps, what do you have? Can you PM me with a price and some pics if they are for a crew cab? Thanks so much.

I do know what you mean. I have a place up in Big Bear and the last two years have been great. We had record snow fall 156" and there is me under my Hummer scrubbing the underside every time I came home. This F250 is going to be the same. I don't mind a little grime but the road salt and black asphalt type stuff that they put down that stick to everything I can't stand.

My steps wheels and tires are going to get put on my father in laws 2009 F250 V10.

How did you decide to go with the Icon 2.5" lift? i love the fact that it's replacing the right parts in the front to compensate for the front end-wear on your suspension (i.e. track bar). Where did you order your kit from? any links you might be able to share? Also, are you adding a block to the rear? I'm trying to decide right now on the right leveling kit for me. Thanks man!
