Bed Extender DIY Install?
I just bought a brand new bed extender off a 2011 for my 2011 F250 CCSB and I haven't been able to figure out how to install it. The hole the bolts go in aren't threaded, but look like they may have some sort of cover over the threads. Is the insert in the hole a cover for the threads, or does the insert need to be tapped to take the bolts?

The bolts that come with it are self tapping.

That took me about 5 - 10 minutes. Oh, and five or ten calls and almost a full month of waiting
