Factory Paint Question?

Hey guys just wondering ???
For you guys in the know that have seen the trucks painted,Is the truck painted a solid color then the lower two tone added over the Solid color?

I'm trying to design my new truck and i may be buying a Golden Bronze regular cab with the thoughts of having it Two toned with Pale Adobe to give it the Lariat or king Ranch look with flares To match!

So This got me to wondering How they Do it at the factory?

Anybody know if the new color Autumn red is a metallic ?

My 00 and 06 were both painted blue first. Then the bottom color painted over the blue.

I'm Not 100% sure which color i'm going with but the Bronze looks Freaking Sweet! and if i go regular cab which looks like i will,it only comes solid no two tone,but that shouldn't be a problem for any Good Body/paint shop.....

I'm working 3/11 shift right now so i stopped by the Ford dealer to look at a C/C they have in Golden bronze and pale adobe :~)After work tonight, it looks Awesome under the lights at night!!! Yo Light go out at 11:15 LOL Freaked me out :~)

only other color i really wish i could get but can't is the Blue flame metallic Thats the best looking Blue Ford Ever made IMHO!

OT But i seen a White F350 Regular cab With 6.4 at the Shop :~) It had Aftermarket bumpers and Exhaust also had a Aftermarket Intercooler hangin in the front behind the grill :~) made me wonder what it would Run in The 1/4 .....It looked to have white marker on the windows like it had been to the track,It was mostly wiped off...

Funny thing is this truck looked narrow,guess it was just the stance it had looked to have maybe 35" BFG's on it,couldn't get to close as it was in the fenced in area... It made me want a regular cab even more :~)
