2.5 icon issues

I'm having vibration issues with the installed icon. I'm noticing a rough ride or I would say bouncing and vibration issues. I had the tires road forced, lowered the air pressure to 65psi, installed dual stabilizer and swapped upper factory stabilizer by the way this helped out alot with how the truck feels. Strong recommendation on the stablizers huge difference in the way the steering feels. Does anybody else have vibration issues at higher speeds ? When I had my readylift stage 2 installed I had these issues and the dealer seemed to smooth it out by putting a ton of caster in it. The tech also said I would be putting new balljoints in at 15k if I kept that way. Thats why I went with the icon 2.5 and now my issues are back again. pics to follow.

Do you know if you put any more caster in your front end or did you use the caster bushings icon gave you. Did you have it aligned... lucky Im jealous I really love my truck other wise.

Used their caster bushings and checked alignment afterwards. If your caster adjustment isn't proper you'll have steering wheel wander. I would suggest going with a set of PMF front radius arms if you can't get caster where you want it. His name is NotStock on the board here.

I don't have wander. I even installed the dual stabilzers. The steering wheel feels nice and tight. I'm getting wobble without the steering wheel if that makes sense.

Not really. Can you paint a better explanation of the symptoms? What does the do that you're not liking? When does it do it? Compared to stock? etc...

The Truck has alot off bounce in the front end all the time .When I acceed 55mph it starts to wobble the truck itself. Not the steering wheel. It does feel like its in the front end like a drive shaft issue. It had some bounce when it was stock but its amplified wth the kit and the new wobble has surfaced

Do you have an 2011 or the truck in your sig? if its an 08 maybe you need a couple of carrier bearing shims.
