Grillin
I thought I just saw a post a couple days ago about grills, anyway my billet grill just came in. Taking the ford grill apart was somewhat a task, but not hard. Then the instructions lead me to a step where it says I have to cut out almost all of the stock grill insert that supported all the original parts.
![]() Having never done this before,I am very concerned about cutting my grill insert. If I screw this up,I don't have a grill. It would be trash. Here's how it turned out ![]() ![]() This is what it should look like after cutting the center out,be sure to leave the corners. ![]() |

Nice improvement there, I'm not a huge fan of the new 2011 grills from the factory.

Not usually a fan of aftermarket grilles, but man that turned out nice. Way better than stock.

Does yours fit nice all the way around.Mine is good all the way across the top, also good at bottom center, but bottom left and right are 3/8" out past grille surround. The billet grille is almost against the plastic insert, should I cut more out and re-drill holes for bottom corners

I really hate your truck. It makes my truck look like such a pos. Haha love the new trucks and you sure have a nice one. One of these days I'll trade up.
