Help! Chrome mirror scruff, what to do?

I have a 2011 KR with the chrome package. My right mirror banged against a sign (don't ask) and scruffed a little. Very small scruff marks on it, nothing that noticeable (except to me).

Is there ANYTHING I can do to treat it? Chrome polish?

Help!
