Does Anybody Recongnize These Fender Flares?

Hey guys. I have a buddy that owns a 2011 F350. His story is his truck came with no fender flares but he wanted some. So he takes his truck to the Ford dealership and they installed these flares. I am not sure if they are a factory ford flare or some kind of aftermarket. Hopefully somebody here recognized these and can tell me? Anyways after paying ford to install these he decided a few weeks later he didn't like the look and removed them himself. In the process he broke the one lower corner on each of the rear flares. He was just going to throw the flares out so I decided to take them from him and see if I can maybe repair them and sell them. But first I want to find out as much as I can about them.

Heres some pictures. Sorry they aren't the best as the were taken inside with my blackberry. Its too dark outside right now to get pictures with good light.

They do look similar. For some reason it is easier for me to tell with them mounted on a truck. Good luck with the fix. What are you going to use to fix them?

I think im gonna try and line up the broken pieces as good as I can and clamp them together. Then fiberglass the back side of the flares. Hopefully the cracks wont be that noticeable on the front side. If I was gonna keep these for a truck I owned I would then put some bondo or fiberglass on the front side, sand it down and prime and paint the fender flares.
