OK tell me what you think - painted grille, harley headlights, projector bixenon HIDs

Got a few mod's knocked out today: painted grille surround, did the harley light deal, and also installed a set of projector bixenons from retro-solutions.

I'm not sold on the Harley look yet, but convince me! I still have some new Road Armor bumpers on the way that I'm bed-lining tan to match, cab lights, etc etc. I still have my factory headlights in case this bake-and-paint set doesnt work out. I had to paint the reflectors on the headlight itself due to the HID and the scattered light output. I went with a generic silver.

Also, I'm having some issues with my passenger side HID if anyone has experience with that type of thing. It buzzes 3 times very fast and wont come on sometimes. Thanks

You have to hold them in place from the front and screw a big nut on from the back. Pretty simple and it holds well. Only see a little wobble on big bumps.

So I'm looking alright with the black lights? I was afraid it'd be too ghetto looking

I like what you did with the grill, I'm not a huge fan of the headlights but to each his own.

They are growing on me the more I look at them. I'm glad I did it, but even happier I have another set just in case!
