upkeep on the chrome
I've had my truck for 2 weeks now. Today was the first day I could wash it after some really poor weather here in Central Iowa. When I was washing it, I noticed that on the chrome parts of the side mirrors and on my rear bumper already, there are some very tiny (pinhead sized) rust spots.. Does anyone know a good way to get rid of these?

Some chrome polish should due the trick. It is what I have always heard referred to as rail dust. Small iron deposits that stick to chrome and paint. Very common in the the "rust belt" where heavy salt is used on the roads. Bet if you look real close it is on your paint too particularly on the sides and back. Easily seen on light colors.
