Smoked mirror lights

Hey guys
Has anyone bought any. aftermarket smoked mirror lights besides recon. If so how are they holding up. Looking for some ideas.

100% don't buy Recon. You're on the rite path. Recons give you 2 huge connectors to jam in the side pockets. 9 times outta 10 they LEAK then burn out. ****TY!!!

Thanks. Ya I don't want recon mirror lights I have heard to many bad things. But I have there cab lights and they are holding up right now.

I thought about spray painting my lights with night shade but not sure how it would turn out

I have the recon lights. Every now and then I have to hit the mirror to wiggle the wire in the right place. I might just re-do the wiring myself and call it good.
I do have to say they look good tho.

On my mirrors I used nighthshades paint and clearcoat on my blinkers. Another member suggested it and it turned out awesome. Its a cheap way to get it done and if your going to replace them its worth a shot.

yes its just a black clear coat, so basically its up to you how dark you wanna keep tinting them. The more coats you add the less yellow you see and they look smoked out. Still super bright at night.
