Finished pictures. Have had it on the truck for a few days with about 400 miles on it and no issues yet.
I have to say the top gun track bar is a beast.

Explain "home brewed". What's your plan, thought processes and final choices and why. Did you just go out and buy individual parts instead of a kit? What is the end goal? Leveling only? Details, man, details...

Just going to say that I hope it rides better than it looks. If you have coin to drop on a truck then you should be able to afford a leveling kit or proper stature for these trucks.

Oh ok, that looks like a hack job at best.

My only intention was to level the truck. I plan to put an R4tech kit on the rear of the truck so I decided why not put bags on the front and connect them to the on-board air of the R4tech system. I searched for commercially produced kits and the only two I found are from Kelderman and air bag it. Air bag it has shady reviews so I did not want to take the risk. Kelderman has kits for either stock ride height or 6" lifts and up. I decided to build it my self, purchase better shocks than I would receive in a kit, and buy a adjustable track bar all while achieving something no one offers with better components and less expense.

Judging by what is in the background of two out of the three original pictures, I'd say this gentleman is an engineer. That sort of background could very well prepare someone for an endeavor such as this.

You definitely could have chosen better shocks than rancho. Should have put some bilstein 5150 up front. Valved just for the super dutys. Looks good otherwise.
I realize the ranchos are adjustable just not a fan of them and with airbags I wouldn't think you would get much out of em.

How does it ride? I'm not sure what your costs are but you should consider selling some of these once you get a few more miles on yours...Kelderman is outrageously expensive, all things considered.

pictures:

1 - interior bracing of my top bracket
2 - inside picture of my bottom bracket front
3 - inside pictures of my bottom bracket rear

So damn it seams my hack job it structurally more sound than any other available. Top is all 1/4" plate with the vertical supports stiff backed. Bottom is boxed on three sides with angled supports on the fourth with a out rigger on the opposite side from preventing any torquing to the side. All the fasteners are grade eight and I even made mounts for the abs line and break line bracket.

What I could have done different is use a different bag that is 2"s taller but I already had the current bags. This is why the top bracket measures 6"s vs. 4"s. The way it is now allows me another 2"s of lift with just a bag change for a 4" total front lift staying within the bag design height.
