Personally I'd go BDS over fab tech because fabtech uses steel heim joints on their 4link kit which will get pounded apart if your driving a lot of highway. As for offset and backspacing. I have a Skyjacker 6" 4 link kit and my rims are 20x9 with a 0 offset and a 5.00" backspace. Zero rub and my 37x13.50 Toyo MT tires stick out about 1.5-2" past the fenders.
Also if your doing the install yourself I'd look into the skyjacker kit as it uses the stock radius arm mounts on your frame to mount the 4link control arms. I'm pretty sure with the BDS kit you have to cut the radius arm mount off the frame and bolt on their control arm mount....
And one last thing. Don't cheap out on the shocks that you put on. They make a huge difference on ride quality
