2012 F250 interior lights don't work when doors open (SCT Tuner at fault?)

When I open my door, any door, my interior light and cargo lights do not come on. When I turn then on manuanlly, they work, but not from opening my door(s). Only thing I noticed is that when I change a tune with my SCT tuner, it will flash my interior lights when the tune is finished downlaoding. I will put the stock tune back on to see if that helps, but I have never heard of a tuner causing interior light problems. Anyone have problems with interior lights, tuner of not?
FYI : I already checked the fuse (#9) and it's fine. No burnt bulbs.

Ok so I returned my truck to stock and everything is fine. Checked SCT and there was another update. Updated tuner and loading performance tune again. Will see how it goes.

So far latest update is nice. Performance seems to be good again and no interior light issues.

Amazing how that is all controlled by a computer tune!

I wouldn't have thought so. Only reason I thought to try was because it used to flash my interior light every time it finished loading a tune.
