Upgrade Base Model F-550

Hey guys so for my mechanic rig I ended up w/ a BASE model F550... I was pretty choked when I showed up on site and that was what they had got me (Came from a fully loaded Dodge which I loved till I changed companies)

So anyways I found a bunch of other pickups on site that I can rob parts off of to upgrade my truck such as upgrading the head unit to the style that has a CD player, Aux in etc.

Now when I mean base, I mean base My truck has no cruise control, no CD player, nothing, just power windows, locks.

Anyways I changed over the deck today along with the nicer grey bezel but upon installing into my truck I discovered the harness coming out of the deck going to the Aux Line input was not there and is tied in with the main harness on the old truck. So short of peeling my harness apart and switching it over what can I do.

also where is the Mic so I can remove it and xfer it over to my truck.

Now that the stereo system is out of the way, I also plan on stealing the fog lights off of the other truck but I haven't had a chance to see if the harness is tucked up there so does anyone know? I am aware that I do have to change over the headlight switch which is no biggy.

Thanks guys.

Keep in mind this is NOT the NAV radio I'm installing, just the mid-range head unit that has the chrome on the knobs and CD player/AUX

is it an XL or XLT? XLT has the wiring for the fogs, you just need the fogs and the wiring harness that goes from fog lights to plug on the driver side headlight. and then the switch. XL the wiring isnt there i dont believe. our 2015 XL f450 isnt here yet so i cant go and check

The kit from ford is $300 but it comes with new fuse panel that you don't even need. I don't know why they include this with the kit. My truck is an XL so I don't know if that makes a difference. FYI new headlight switch included.
The harness for fog lights is mounted on front of truck, but the kit includes a harness from center of truck to individual fog lights.

I would suggest getting a factory service manual from www.helminc.com. It has all the wiring diagrams in it and would give you an idea of what to look for or if need be what to install. Only cost me $180 and its well worth it IMO. Has all kinds of info in It.

Edit: forgot to mention that it has 3D diagrams to help you locate certain parts.
