I put in a pioneer AVIC Z150. I used a metra harness XSVI-5521-NAV which gave me everything I needed to not have to cut any wires in the truck. I also used a metro ASWC-1 which is the steering wheel interface. The pioneer deck has bluetooth and navigation, so I didn't really care about keeping sync. I'm sure theres a way, but I didn't feel the need. My truck is a 2012 CCSB Lariat with factory sub and sync. I hope this helps. A side note, if you are planning to upgrade the speaker wires from an amplifier to the door speakers in the front, pack a lunch and clear your calendar. Theres a molex plug connecting the door wiring to the truck. It isn't hard to get through, just a pain in the butt. Have fun….

No issues so far....I have a nuisance message because the parking brake wire is bypassed, other than that no worries. Super easy to install too.
