Little preview of my retrofit.

So I've ordered the mini h1 kit from retro solutions a couple weeks ago and have just been slowly doing the retrofit since I have recons to get me by.

I have the headlights all apart right now and I'm getting them ready to paint. I'm waiting on my tuxedo black paint to come in.

Anyways here's what they'll pretty much look like when I get done, except the whole thing will be black except the projector shrouds.

Where did you get your retro kit and how much did it run you? Been thinking about doing this.

I got it from www.theretrofitsource.com it's the mini h1 kit. It's not too hard if you're just doing the one light. I bought some fake lenses and shrouds from them so my blinkers would match the headlights. it was $300 something.for the kit and the hids in them

Looks badass! What would be cool is if you paint the reflectors with lens tint paint- it'll turn out black chrome. Since ur running projectors the reflectors aren't controlling the the throw of the headlight bulb. Just an idea! Badass set up, I've been thinking of doing my turn signals with a dummy projector as well so it all matches.

Thanks, everything's not solid together yet but the tuxedo black paint came today. I'm painting the reflectors with it.

Yeah I think they look great with the turn signal projectors. Kind of completes them.
