HID Single Beam Question

I plan to purchase DDM HIDs for my 2013 F350 Lariat and have a few questions for those who have done the same. I am leaning toward 55W single beam 6000K HL and 35W 6000K FL. My logic for going with single beam is the high beam does not seem to add much more plus I will have the 35W FL.

Do I need the relay with this setup for either the HL or FL?
Do I need to do anything special for the single beam HL?
What will happen when I hit the brights with this setup?

Thanks in advance.

I had a single beam kit on my old F-150, and I can tell you that it was rather annoying. If these new trucks are anything like my old one, the lights will just turn off when you activate the brights. Also, not being able to flash other drives when they had their brights on, drove me nuts. I will definitely be going with the hi/lo kit on this ford.

LT-
Thanks for the input. Did you have 35w or 55w kit?

I want to say it was a 55w, but I can't be sure. It's been a while.
