Silencing Chimes/Alarms

Is there a way to silence the "Parking Brake" alarm? I know when the Parking brake is on, shoot I'm the one who put it on. Same for the seat belt chime.

The dealer can turn the seatbelt chime off

Yup I just used it to turn off the seatbelt chime in my 550 turn key on wait for seatbelt light to go out plug in seatbelt three times seatbelt light will flash then plug and unplug seatbelt and chime will be turned either off or on
