OEM Remote Start

Hey bought a 13 back in May. The remote start isn't working. First time I've tried it. It is the one with the key fob buttons "lock-start-start". Any ideas? Thanks.

remote start can be disabled in the settings. I would check this first.

Yeah, that's kinda obvious if I can't figure it out myself. ~2,700 miles it's under warranty. If I have to I will but I try not wasting a day of my life at the dealer if possible.

Are you seeing the lights flash when you hit the lock button before hitting the start button twice?

Mine has not started too before because of the hood switch. I replaced it and been good since.
