2011 CCSRW speaker upgrade questions

I am new to the forum as well as new to upgrading audio equipment. I have been doing some research on here for some time now. I am wanting a good clean crisp sound with a little added bass, nothing that will shatter windows or anything. What I have have come up with thus far:
I would like to replace my factory sub and enclosure with CP108LG-W3v3Enclosed Subwoofer System with Single 8W3v3-4 Subwoofer Driver, Black Carpet (250 W, 4 Ω) - Ported Enclosure and new amp 250W/1 (havent yet decided which one)
Also looking to replace all factory door speakers front and back with JL C2-570x.

So here are my questions.
1. Can the new sub amp just plug and play in place of the factory sub amp?
2. Can I also replace the factory amp pushing the door speakers? If so what would be a good option for this? And can that be done with out the need for a line converter?
3. does anyone recommend replacing the 1" tweeters? If so what is a good option for the best fit and ease of install?

Thanks in advance for any info you guys can provide.

An aftermarket amp will not be plug and play with your factory sub amp. You will have to run a power wire and you will need a line out converter unless your amp has line-level inputs. I'm sure you can bypass the factory amp for the door speakers, but (in my limited knowledge) that will require a line out converter at the headunit feeding a new amp for the door speakers with new wires ran (or tapping into the stock wiring) to feed the actual speaker in the door.

Or, if you don;t want to run a separate amp and just let the head unit push the door speakers, you will need to tap into the factory speaker wiring between the speaker and the amp and run the wires up to the head unit directly. (I hope I wasn;t confusing in that explanation lol) anything else I can help with, shoot me a PM and I'll do my best to help you out
