My non-nav stock radio does not. I do have the USB port, whick works great with a flash drive. I would suggest a Cruzer FIT.

My 2013 F250 Lariat has the SD card slot as well at two USB ports and A/V connections. I don't have Nav, just the myford touch infotainment system

Dang thats pretty sweet stock!

About 8 Years ago I put an aftermarker Pioneer deck in my car. That head unit was almost $2,000 and it had an SD slot capable of handling a 2GB card.

I'm not sure where the SD card goes for the Nav system. But on my truck the slot is in the compartment on top of the dash. But I don't have the Nav.

The SD card slot for the '13 is for the Nav system. If you don't have the Nav, it's just for mp3 use. The SD card shows up in the FMT audio source screen.
