There are a lot of threads on this topic. A quick search and I found about 15 different threads. Here are a couple. Doesn't matter if they're for a 7.3 retro, 6.0, 6.4 or 6.7, the ideas are all the same.

Upfitter Switches

I have one hooked up to my air compressor for my rear air bags. I have another hooked up to my bed lights. Not sure what I'll do with the others yet.

Each upfitter switch has a little light on the front of it, I found that the upfitters work great for turning on these little lights!
And they are prewired for this already from the factory

Sorry, just couldn't resist

#1 - Auxillary backup lights
#2 - Auxillary lights on front end (that are also tied into the high beams so that if the switch is on, the lights activate with the high beam switch)
#3 - Air compressor
#4 - High idle

I also added an extra switch on the other side of the steering wheel to operate my cargo light so that I don't have to turn on the interior lights for it!
