Upfitter wires

Ok I found the 4 wires under the dash for the switches .
And I found 4 wires under the hood .
And I found a 17 bunt cut wires .
What and were are the 4 through the cab are they in the 17 wires . Do I wire them 4 to the other 4 wires for the switches to get power thought the cab.

The 4 wires under the dash are the power wires for whatever accessories you are trying to attach them to. You don't have to splice any other blunt wires to them.
To confirm simply put a volt meter on them... flick the switch and you will see there is power. That is how i hooked up all my lights on my 2012.
As for the 17 other blunt wires, or other 4 wires under the hood, i am unsure what those are for.
