Keypad Code

Does anybody know how to find the keyless entry keypad code without going to the dealer? The code used to be located on the module back in the day. I bought my truck used and it didn't come with the card in the owners manual with the code on it.

I'm 99% sure its in the ecm, not in the vehicle due to thiefs . Dealer should be able to pull it for around $30.00

Mine was way up under the dash behind the radio on some box. I had to move some insulation out of the way to see it with a flashlight. Mines an 06 though.

I found my code near the fuse box located on the passenger side under the dash on the right side. I removed the cover and the code was right there.

It's under the dash on a box of some sort. Just do some searching and you'll find it

Good Info

I didn't have the card in my manual for the entry code. Found it as described! Thanks for the posts!
