Obdii port

I have a 2011 f350 lariat and my obdii port quit working. Had my mini max plugged in and it was working, shut the truck off and went to start it after work and mini max will not light up. Changed the fuse in the passenger kick panel at location 24. Still not work. Was wondering if there is another fuse I should try. Or if anyone else has had this issue?

Was the fuse blown to begin with? If so, is it blown again?
