Radar detector?

I'm in need of a new radar detector and was curious what you guys had and thought. Let me know some decent opinions. Not looking for the top of the line but not the bottom either. Thanks.

Radar detector?

I got a mount from rouge mounts and it goes below my mirror and it comes with a hardware kit that taps into the auto dimmer and turns on and off with the ignition. it priced below $80.

Radar detector?

Escort passport 9500!!!!

I soooo want one its not funny!
Research this topic ALOT before making your decision. The 9500 is the best for a decent price. Light years better then any $100 detector.

If you have had a detector you know that city driving is HORRIBLE with false alarms. Well this guy can be programmed to dismiss those exact spots.
It also has warnings for traffic cameras (especially neat when you travel in an unknown area)
It is the BEST!!!!

Valentine radar detectors are also top of the line and this passport scored better then it.

Any stipulations regarding you putting the 10 lbs back on after the purchase of the 9500?

Lol good luck on the weight loss.. Maybe eat some spicy food and weigh in the next am after a cup of coffee and the morning duty. That always me lose a few lbs. back to the 8500 vs 9500, the area I live in has only one red light camera. Is the range on both about the same? I tried to look at ranges but couldn't find it.
