HID and Xenon headlamp compatibility

I'm interested in upgrading headlamp bulbs on a 2012 SD 6.7L Lariat CC. I can't seem to find specs on what the power draw or heat generation is for the existing factory bulbs. I'd like to go with either the

PIAA 19618 9008 (H13) 65/55W=85/70W XTRA XTREME WHITE PLUS BULB

or the

Sylvania H13 SZ SilverStar zXe High Performance Halogen Headlight Bulb (Low/High Beam)

I'm concerned that the replacement bulbs would create too much current draw or heat -- i.e., are they simply plug in and replace, or do I need to rewire? Any help would be most appreciated.

And Amazon says the SD doesn't take either of these bulbs, but the SD does take H13 bulbs, right? Am I missing something?
