2013 F450 up fitter and pass through wires

Help..... It seems ford just loves to make accessory connections harder each year. I have found the two bundles of blunt wire sets for the PTO etc.. And the four that are for the Aux switches. where are the pass through wires? On my 2010 and 99 they are right by the master cylinder on the firewall. On the 2013 I have yet to find them. Need some help.

Question

I think I have found the wires in the engine compartment sort of in the same place just a little hidden behind the fuse box on the drivers side. will need to get to them easier from underneath through the wheel well. Still have yet to find them on the other side. still would appreciate some help here.

I just talked with my service guy last week about this. I was telling him what all I had hooked up to my switches and he pointed out to me that there were wires on both sides of the firewall. On the inside of the truck they are tucked up above the parking brake and have a white label around them marking them. These are the ones I knew about. The others are where you have described, drivers side of the engine compartment right between the fuse box and firewall. Hope this helps. Btw I have a 2011 250

If you connect to the ones in the engine compartment and they have to lift the cab will they be disconnected somehow? First Ford and I would like to be able to add accessories to the switches but curious how the cab is lifted if I have wires running to them.

I have noticed that, on the newer trucks, that just about every spot that wires pass threw a barrier into the cab that a quick connect plug of some sort is not far away. For instance, the wires that pass from the cab into the doors has a plug, the harness above the parking break that runs threw the firewall via a rubber boot has a plug right there. My guess is there's just a few plugs to disconnect in order to separate cab from chassis.

I know the risk associated with this but when that time comes I will just need to cut the wires or put disconnect plugs on now as well as disconnect my air lines for the compressor and bags. I did find the wires tucked in behind the fuse box what a pain to get to... but i still have not located the other end of them on the interior. i have found the PTO, High Idle etc etc and the upfitter blunt cuts (that by the way are tucked way up high in the dash).

Ok I have found everything now. The large bundle of blunt wires inside was where the four that pass into the engine compartment are located (total of 18 only 14 are labeled, so easy elimination) the challenge is getting to the wire behind the fuse box and the four aux wires in the cab as they are all tucked in pretty tight. But I have completed my light wiring. Thanks for everyone's input on this.
