Really, really need some help

2003 LTD right rear passenger door power window, window went down and that was that. Bought a new motor, window goes down as before and not up. Bought a new driver door master control and window goes down and that is that. Took the other doors switch and swapped it and the window goes down and that is all.

Conclusion: I really need to get this fixed. I am in the process of putting the truck back together as I have refurbished the whole thing back to new. I hate wiring, I understand enough, and I understand a lot if spoken to in very plain 2nd grade english.

I have put my volt meter into the wiring harness plug that goes to the motor. In the neutral position I get a negative sign and volts run up and down. click switch in one direction 12.4volts and in other direction it does the same as neutral..negative plus volts goes nuts

I really really need to handle this guys

Further thought, BCM issue????
