Adding MyFord Touch into a Super Duty?

Has anyone installed the "MyFord Touch" units in a super duty? If so please tell me what needs to be done. I have the nav and sync in a 2012 F350 Lariat

MFT isn't just navigation or a fancier radio, it also involves climate controls and a different center stack - it really integrates into the truck a lot more than a basic audio system swap. Changing it out is likely a whole new dash, different wiring, possible computer changes, etc.

I am sure with enough motivation anything can be done. But thinking about what all will be required my head hurts, definitely new dash the system itself, connectivity integration software.

For that much money I would just trade in the truck and get a new 2013 or go aftermarket and get a whole lot more. I would go to a really nice after market shop and they could really do some creative work.
