MyTouch Ford vs current Nav

Has anyone played with the MyTouch Ford system in another vehicle? And if so, how does it compare to the current bav unit?

I dont care about talking to my car, of having soft buttons on the screen.

What else does it offer that I may want to hold off ordering until the MY changover? And are the changes significant enough to give up the end of year promos?

Wifes car has MYford system mine has the 12 truck nav system. I much prefer my system. Not as flashy but i like the menu structure and they general way it works.
