12v power plugs

Hey. I have a crew with 40/20/40 (the bench seat basically). It has 2 12v plugs on the dash, and one in the console. All three are hot all the time. Even with the key removed and door open, the point when the radio turns off. How can I EASILY get these to turn off with the key out? Say for a gps, radar detector, cell charger etc that you don't want to kill the battery while parked? Or am I missing something?
