Moving backup camera picture from mirror to oem nav

I added a factory nav unit to my truck and would like to get the backup camera displayed on the nav unit instead of the rear view mirror. When I was initially doing research on adding the nav unit, I had seen a post on one of the forums talking about how to do this, but for the life of me I cannot find that info.

If anyone knows how to do this, I would appreciate any help I could get.

I am adding the factory nav unit to my truck and I had to purchase one additional cable for $70 to put the camera on the nav unit. If anyone knows how to do it, I am thinking of adding a front camera and would like to get it hooked when my nav unit is installed.

Did you already have the back up camera in the mirror? Do you have a part number for this cable?

What are you doing with the old mirror?
I would like to switch the camera to the mirror.

I had just planned on leaving it in place. I have no reason to remove it. In the post I am looking for, the guy split the feed so it showed up in both the mirror and nav screen.

I do not have it at this time because mine has not come in yet. As soon as I can get the part number I will post it. Hopefully early next week.

My F250 did not come with the back up camera and I was thinking about adding it. Does Ford sell the back up camera, mirror and wiring as a kit or is it a piece meal thing? ANy part numbers or direction would be appreciated.

If you dont mind sharing, how much did it cost you to have the factory NAV put in your truck, did you install it yourself or did you have the dealer do it?
