2012 manual to automatic headlight switch

Hey I just picked up two new 2012 xlts, one has the automatic headlight feature, the other does not. I was wondering if I could just buy the automatic headlight switch and install it on the one without automatic headlight to make it work, or whatever else I need to make this work?

I think you would need the sensor that is on the dash.
One way to find out it to take a look at both of them and see if they have the same wiring and connections since you have both trucks.

I'm gonna guess that its fairly dificult. Probably different modules, as well as sensors and you would probably have to hae the whole truck re-flashed. Multiplexing on new vehicles is rediculous.
