HELP retrofit 2011 seats in an old truck

I have an old truck. I got a new set of front seats. 2011 leather fully electronically adjustable. Wires are designed to go up into the dash.

How do I get these new modern seats to work? I sorta figured I could isolate each switch motor with 12v. but there are a lot of modules etc.

I have disconnected the air bags, etc.

I would be willing to pay for some serious electronic advice. Has anyone used the sponsor for this forum? Do you think they could really answer and explain how to retrofit new electronic seats into and old "analog" truck?
