i call them about a problem with my unit they said they would have a tech call me and if that dont work it is over 1 year old they cant help me. i asked if i paid to send it to them would they try to fix it or look at it he said no only if i gave him $ 239.00

Nav-tv.com They are desighned and built in Florida with Tech help available during business hours. Coastal Tech is built in Mexico and only "returns" calls.

I agree they suck. I purchased one and it didn't work nor could I get any customer support, then they were trying to give me a hard time about refunding my money. Every time you would call you would have to leave a message with an answering service. I would not buy anything from this company again.

Sorry you guys had to go through this.. and at the same time I glad I did not buy from them. What the name of the other company or product that does the same thing?
