Wobble on certain roads and speeds, slack in suspension
The truck shoes signs of wobble at certain speeds and on certain roads. I am at stock height but have 141,000 miles on the clock. When I jacked up the front driver side wheel, I had 0 slack grabbing at 12 and 6 o'clock and moving but at 9 and 3 I had some play, not enough to see that well when moving by hand. Then when I did the passenger side tire, same thing, but the side to side slack was a lot less then the driver side tire and the noise was also not right there next to the passenger side tire.
I am guessing that my tie rod ends are worn, if so, what other steering parts should I change, I did notice that the ball joint by the pitman arm had a boot issue and you could see the shiny metal of the ball joint, it rotated freely like it should but didn't have any slack in it.
I would imagine I should get an alignment after any parts are changed correct?
