Im sitting at 62000k miles. 2011 6.7 with 4x4 engaging issues and delay in tranny. Is there any fudge room with being that close?

first you would have to get it diagnosed by a Ford dealer and provide service records if applicable

then you could ask Ford the MFG for assistance

4x4 can be a simple fix and the delay ? Who knows it may be a programming fix

I would think anything feeding info to or controlled by the Powertrain Control Module would be...powertrain.

Or am I being too logical?
