transfer case

my 4x4 swithes HARD. I have never had one this loud before. It really comes in with a bang. Is this normal in the Super duty. I don't remember my 06 being like this, and I know my Dodge wasn't like this.

I only have about 6000km on my truck. Thought it would get better, but I think it is getting worse.

I should say it does this while switching in above 15km/h.

Any thoughts

It's normal for it to sound like that.. I use my 4 wheel drive 2-3 times a week ..
